Purpose and operator
Calliope Business Automation is an internal business tool operated by Calliope Consulting to prepare customer invoices in QuickBooks Online and invoice email drafts in Google Workspace. It is not offered as a public service.
Authorized use
Use is restricted to Calliope Consulting and persons it authorizes to perform internal billing administration. Authorized users receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the tool for that purpose. No right to redistribute, sublicense, or offer the tool to others is granted.
Connected accounts
Users must have authority to access each connected account and must comply with the applicable terms of Intuit, Google, and other service providers. This agreement does not replace those providers’ terms or grant rights to their services.
Invoices and review
The tool is designed to create invoices in QuickBooks Online before review and prepare unsent email drafts with invoice PDF attachments. An authorized user is responsible for reviewing invoice details, recipients, attachments, and email wording before sending. Changes to a QuickBooks invoice require a refreshed PDF attachment.
Account security
Authorized users must protect their account access and credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to Calliope Consulting. Access may be suspended or revoked when authorization ends or to address operational or security concerns.
Availability and changes
The tool may be modified, paused, or discontinued. Automated processing depends on connected services and may be delayed or fail. Authorized users remain responsible for confirming that required billing tasks have completed.
